After decades lifting as heavy as possible in the gym I had gotten to the point where I could not sleep on my side for more than 20 or 25 mins without being awakened by shoulder pain. I’m a side-sleeper, so I’d roll over only to have the problem repeat itself; one side, then the other, all night long.

I have lived in ketosis every day for more than 3 years. I’m 16 months into Carnivore. 

I once again push as hard & heavy as I please in the gym and sleep on my side without a moment’s of pain.
